Acceptable stay with some issues
slow food service serving delays
the hotel location was excellent and convenient.
the food service was slow. we waited quite a while for our meals, and there were significant delays between servings for different people at our table. this was particularly difficult with three children present.

charming stay
friendly staff decent portion excellent food
the staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough. we asked to eat from both the bar and restaurant menus, and this was no problem. food was excellent, and you get a decent portion. we plan on returning, thanks for the great stay.

The room was spacious and very clean. I was charmed. tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided in abundance. the bathroom featured clean, modern fixtures. The design was smart.
